This is a collection of some well-researched and well-presented colloquium papers culled out of over 200 papers written by students at NID. Apart from its specific aim of raising the bar of excellence for the students’ academic endeavours, its general aim is to provide a medium of interaction for students of various professional institutions. It lends a platform to share and explore the diverse concerns and issues emerging in the field of design and the experiences and ideas of students. The book aims at imparting a new orientation to those who have adopted design as a profession.
